How install/disassemble
Charminer Pilates bar is a two-stage design can be assembled and disassembled freely. with a delicate and durable spring buckle in the middle. Simply press the spring button to connect and rotate the two sections to the snap position.When you finish exercising, you can press the spring button again, disassemble it into two sections for easy storage

Using Precautions 1
Before use, be sure to check whether the blocked beads measured by the latex tube 2 have any signs of falling off. If so, please push them inside the latex tube. In order to better ensure your safety and avoid the beads falling down during use, we recommend that you Tie a knot at the latex tube connection before use.

Please make sure to connect the 2 parts yoga stick correctly before use. Try not to press the spring button at the connection of the 2 parts steel pipe during use.
