How to Operate the Main Device:

ON/INC Button
1. Press it to turn the device on. The mode indicator keeps solid, which means the device is not working.
2. Press it again to increase the intensity from level 1 to level 10.

OFF/DEC Button
1. When the device is working, press it to decrease the intensity from level 10 to level 1.
2. Press it when the intensity in at the lowest level to turn the device off.

PROGRAM Button
Press it to shift modes. Then press the ON/INC Button to confirm the mode.

How to Use the Device:

1. Install batteries (not included) into the main device.

2. Fix the main device to the patch.

3. Remove the backing film.
***Note: Do not dispose the backing film and replace it after each use.

4. Apply the patch to your body.
Note: Always wash the area of your body before you apply the patch.

5. Turn the device on and choose a suitable intensity.

6. After exercise for 12 minutes, the device will switch itself off automatically. Then peel it off from your body.
Note: If you want to stop the exercise in advance, please press the OFF/DEC button continuously.
Note: For best efficiency, use the device 2 to 3 times a day.

Note:

1: For safety, working for 12min, the device will automatically power off. If you wanna continue exercising, please turn it on again.

2: Before exercising, please make sure the pads are worn well. If not,the device will automatically power off after 10s.

3. Please do not use Abs stimulator muscle toner when you are sleeping.

4: 1st to 3rd level is mainly to warm up. If you feel it’s not enough, please gradually increase to the level you feel well.
