Pukka organic castor oil is cold pressed and is traditionally used as a massage oil for assisting detoxification and soothing the skin. Castor oil is superb for nourishing dry skin and removing stagnations from the body. Can be used internally as a lubricating laxative, clearing congestion, reducing menstrual pain and regulating the movement of vata downwards.
